This website
The website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising, and has no forms: its fonts and images come from our own server. It runs on our server in the UK, which we call “Good Enough” (Hostinger, Manchester). Like every web server, Good Enough keeps short records of each visit (your device’s internet address, the time and the page) to keep the site running and secure; they are deleted after about two weeks. Links to LinkedIn, Substack and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
If you write to us, your email is handled with Google Workspace and kept for as long as the correspondence needs it. Please leave sensitive personal or client details out of a first email.
Event registrations
Events have their own registration form and privacy notice, which say what is collected, why and for how long. Social Dreaming · El Niño: its privacy notice.
The Territory
The Territory, our online venue, has its own privacy notice: The Territory’s privacy notice ↗. It runs on Good Enough; since 7 October 2026 sound and video pass through our second server, Winnicott, hosted by Strato in Germany (European Union). Sound, video and captions are not recorded.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, to limit or object to its use, or to receive a copy, by writing to admin@socioanalyticpractice.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk ↗) or to the data protection authority where you live.
