Anxiety and Depression in times of Covid-19

Many people are struggling with stress, anxiety and depression. The pandemia has changed dramatically the way in which we live in society. The required sanitary measures have created distance between us and our loved ones. It has also limited our freedom to be in society. Additionally many people are seeing their professional lifes´ changing at incredible speed. The changes on their way of working bring along changes in their family and personal lifes´which requires further and deeper adaptation.

While facing change it is normal to feel stress and anxiety, but if these feelings start to affect the way in which you perform in life and work negatively; then it is time perhaps to look after yourself, to pay attention to those unpleasant feelings and to explore on a therapeutic confidential setting what this difficulties might want to teach you about yourself.
